I returned home to Chicago exactly one week ago. I miss traveling but I am so happy to be home. There is nothing like sleeping in my own bed.
I spent the last week catching up with friends and catching up on work. The day after I returned to Chicago my friends came over for an ice cream social. Last night I joined friends at Shedd Blu, the annual fundraiser for the Shedd Aquarium and our favorite event of the summer. I am settling back in and enjoying some down time.
