Charles and I have spent the past couple of days relaxing in the English Countryside. Whenever I go to London I like to spend a few days in the country. In the past, I have been to Castle Combe and Lacock, and Surrey. This trip we came to a farmhouse in Oxfordshire.
In the past three days, we have relaxed by the pool, biked around the grounds, had pints in the pub, learned how to shoot clay pigeons, rowed in the pond, done yoga, taken a spinning class, gone to a movie screening in a field, and played scrabbled. It's been perfect.
This is the final weekly update from my trip around the world. On Sunday I fly back to Chicago. I am sad for my adventure to end, but I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed, cooking my own meals, and more than anything I can't wait to see my friends.
