Everyone loves pizza, right? I know I do. Pizza combines my two favorite food groups: cheese and carbs. Pizza is a dinner that you can whip up quickly making it a perfect weeknight meal. You can customize it with all of your favorite toppings, or just throw whatever you find in your fridge on top. I am a big fan of unconventional pizza recipes, so here is a collection of some of my favorites.

I love tacos, and I love pizza, so why not combine the two? Inspired by the huevos ranchero pizza at Robert's Pizza, this Taco Pizza is topped with salsa, black beans, chicken, cheddar, and avocado. It's a fun way to use up any leftover ingredients from taco night. I used pizza dough to make this pizza, but you could also use a flour tortilla instead of the dough.

Steak and Blue Cheese Pizza is one of my favorite pizzas. It has sweet caramelized onions, spinach, blue cheese, and medium rare sirloin steak drizzled with balsamic vinegar. It's a flavor combination that makes your taste buds happy. You can use a freshly grilled steak, or leftover steak for this recipe.
Galette Pizza combines a pastry technique with a classic margarita pizza recipe. The crust of this pizza with folded over and filled with ricotta cheese and topped with garlic.
Naan and Whipped Feta Pizza is a really easy recipe that combines homemade whipped feta with pesto, roasted tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts. Serve is as dinner or as an appetizer.
Use a mix of buffalo and bbq sauce instead of marinara sauce to make this Buffalo BBQ Chicken Pizza topped with bacon, caramelized onions, mozzarella, mushrooms, and spinach. If you love buffalo chicken, I promise that you will love this recipe.
This list wouldn't be complete without including a breakfast pizza! Breakfast Pita Pizza can be prepped in just 5 minutes, and it has everything you need to get your weekend off to the right start.
