Homemade pizza is one of my favorite fast dinners. I love to split the pizza down the middle and create two completely different topping combinations. Making pizza calls for creativity. I looked through my fridge and cabinets and searched for ingredients. I was inspired by a bottle for Local Folks Hab-A-Que sauce, a spicy barbecue sauce with habanero peppers. Based on this discovery, I decided to make a Spicy Barbecue Chicken Pizza with Bacon and Mozzarella.

You will need:
1 ball of Pizza Dough
Barbecue Sauce
4 slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup diced cooked Chicken
Fresh Mozzarella

Step 1:
Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Butter a baking sheet. Then dust it with flour. Spread the pizza dough out on the baking sheet.

Step 2:
Spoon barbecue sauce over the pizza dough. Then add the chicken, bacon and mozzarella on top.

Step 3:
Bake the pizza for 20 minutes, or until the crust has browned and the cheese has melted.
