Stella Barra generously sent me home with lots of pizza after my visit last Tuesday, and the last thing I was going to do was ruin it by reheating it in the microwave. I hate how pizza crust gets tough and rubbery when you heat it in a microwave. How can you reheat a pizza while keeping the crust crispy?

The best two ways to reheat pizza at to either throw the pizza on a grill, or if you don't have a grill, use a skillet to reheat the pizza.

This method of reheating pizza does take longer, but it is worth it. You don't want to ruin your pizza, so be patient.

Step 1:
Heat a skillet over medium low heat.

Step 2:
Place your slices of pizza in the skillet.

Step 3:
Put a lid over the skillet. This will help the cheese to melt faster, and help the pizza heat more evenly.

Step 4:
The pizza will be hot and ready to eat after about 5 minutes. Enjoy the nice crispy crust!
