My parents live in Maine where lobster is currently about $4.75 a pound. With cheap lobster easily accessible, my parents have mastered making lobstah rolls. They believe that the secret to the perfect lobster roll is big chunks of fresh lobster, just a touch of mayonnaise, some lemon juice, celery for crunch, on a hot dog bun toasted with butter.
