It’s January, which means that it is time to start eating healthy! I added an exclamation point even though I am not particularly excited about this. I prefer to eat macaroni and cheese instead of salad bowls, but I do think that it is important to reset my eating habits at the start of each year. In that spirit, I have created a list of my favorite healthy recipes for you.
