Sparkling Cranberry Prosecco Cocktail

Sharing is caring!

IMG_0516

The holidays are quickly approaching and there is nothing more festive than a sparkling cocktail. This Sparkling Cranberry Prosecco Cocktail is perfect for Thanksgiving and your Christmas celebrations. The best part is that you can prepare this drink in a large pitcher so that you can have it ready for guests when they arrive.

Speaking of festive holiday parties – I will be at Oh, Olive during the Lincoln Park Merchants Association’s holiday event on December 4th. Oh, Olive is a local shop specializing in flavored olive oils and vinegars. They have a wonderful selection and their products would make a great stocking stuffer or gift basket. The stores and restaurants participating in the are collaborating with bloggers – so many of my friends will be at other shops. It will be a fun night of holiday shopping.

You will need:
1 cup Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar from Oh, Olive
1 bottle of Prosecco
1 bottle Cranberry Juice
8 ounces of Frozen Fruit (I used a mix of berries and peaches)

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl and serve.
