This BBQ Crockpot Chicken is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed in salads, in sandwiches, on pizza, or on its own. The jalapeño makes it slightly spicy, but you could add more if you like spice. I love to make this chicken in big batches on the weekend so I have lots of leftovers to use in recipes throughout the week.

I will be sharing the salad, sandwich, and pizza recipe in the next few days.

2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Jalapeños
1 large Red Onion, Chopped
2 chopped Bell Peppers
2 bottles of BBQ Sauce (12 ounce bottles)

Step 1:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 2:
There is no step 2. It is that easy!

Are the chicken parts boneless or bone-in?
