The 2015 Foodie Gift Guide

Today I am sharing my favorite gift picks for Christmas! Here are my recommendations for everyone on your list:

For your Mom: The Grandbaby Cakes Cookbook
This baking cookbook is filled with recipes that have been handed down through generations of Jocelyn’s family. These cake recipes are exceptionally great, and the sort of thing that turn a party into an occasion. For your Dad: Pastoral Charcuterie of the Month Club
Pastoral offers a variety of food subscriptions that are available in 4, 8 or 12 month memberships. The charcuterie of the month is a nice pick for a meat lover, while cheese, wine, and combos are also available. For your Sister: Cookie Love
Chicago Pastry Chef, owner of Mindy’s Hot Chocolate, and James Beard Award winner Mindy Segal’s first cookbook compiles 60 recipes for cookies. The recipes include modern takes on classics that are brought to life with bold photography.

For your Brother: Three Dots and Dash Tiki Mugs
These fun mugs from the trendy tiki lounge will add character to any bar set up.

For the special man in your life: Mancrates
Mancrates sells the manliest gift baskets ever. The wooden crates that need to be opened with a crowbar can be filled with hunting supplies, whiskey tasting gear, jerky, bloody mary ingredients, exotic meats, barware, and more. Or if your man wants something more hands on, they sell project kits, including one that teaches how to make bacon.

For the special lady in your life: a Bar Cart
This vintage style bar cart is only $129.99 at Target, it’s totally on trend, and it would be a lovely addition to her home.

For your friends: Tees and Tanks from The Trendy Sparrow
Lindzi from Trendy Sparrow has a knack for creating cute products with clever sayings. I especially love the “Brunch So Hard Mimosa Want to Find Me” tank. For the host and hostess: Le Medallion Champagne
This single estate champagne earned at 92 rating from Wine Spectator. The rosé, brut, and Cuvée Reserve are available at Binny’s.

For the kids: Foodstirs
These baking kits and mixes are created with the goal of making memories with kids through baking together. Foodstirs gives the option to buy single baking kits, or subscriptions. The Brownie Popsicle Kit is especially cute. Fun fact: Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Sarah Michelle Gellar) is one of the company’s co-founders.

Under $50: The Moulinex Chopper from Williams Sonoma
This slim alternative to a food processor is my favorite new kitchen tool. It’s especially a must have for anyone who likes to make soup.
