Pumpkin Pie Dip

Pumpkin Pie Dip

This is a great last minute Thanksgiving dessert. The best part? It is no-bake, and the preparation time is only 15 minutes. My friend Gretchen brought this dessert to Friendsgiving, and she served it with sliced apples and gingerbread cookies. I love that this desserts lends itself well to just having a taste of dessert without committing to an entire slice of pie.

You will need:
1 (8 ounce) package of ⅓ less fat Cream Cheese
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 (15 ounce) can of solid pack Pumpkin
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Step 1:
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Use a mixer to blend throughly.

Step 2:
Once the cream cheese and confectioners sugar are blended, gradually add in the pumpkin. Then add the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until evenly distributed. Chill until servings.
