I know, a no bake Nutella Cheesecake sounds too good to be true! But it is real, and it is the perfect  easy dessert recipe to serve on Christmas or New Year's Eve! These individual Nutella cheesecakes come together quickly and the result is a smooth creamy chocolate cheesecake.

The active preparation time for this recipe is just 5 minutes, and then the cheesecakes simply chill in the fridge for 2 hours. And - you only need 5 ingredients! It is so easy that anyone can make this and I especially like that I tend to have all of the ingredients at home already.

While I made only made two mini cheesecakes (I love desserts that can be made in small batches so that I don't eat too much), it would be simple to prepare more if you were having a party. Just double or triple the recipe. It might be surprising that the cheesecake filling is made by combining just low fat cream cheese and Nutella, I promise you it works and it is delicious. It has a balanced flavor of chocolate taste and cheesiness without being overly sweet. The consistency is somewhere in between a cheesecake and a pudding.

I love the flavor combination of the chocolatey Nutella and raspberry, and the juicy berries give a freshness to the dessert. But, you could use strawberries or toasted nuts instead. Or add some slices of banana on top of the crust before you add the cheesecake filling. You could also opt for an oreo crust if you want an extra-chocolatey dessert. Make the recipe your own.

It would be fun to eliminate the pie crust and serve the filling layered with whipped cream and topped with berries in a wine glass.
