Cranberry Coca-Cola Life Punch

With the holidays just around the corner, there is a good chance you might be entertaining lots of friends and family. Punch has always been popular at events and has recently become a big trend with the emergence of punches using new and innovative flavor combinations and ingredients.

The best thing about punch is that it can be made in a large batch prior to the arrival of your party guests, and left out so that guests can refill their glasses themselves. This frees up the party host/hostess's time, and is perfect for keeping guests out of the kitchen.

To welcome guests in my home this season, I decided to make a fun, fruity, and festive Cranberry Coca-Cola Life Punch made with Coca-Cola Life.

The inspiration for my punch is Coca-Cola Life, a reduced-calorie cola made with a blend of cane sugar and stevia, and featuring Simply Cranberry Cocktail, sherbet and mixed berries. Since this is a carbonated punch with sherbet, guests will experience a refreshing blend of berries and cola. The slight bitterness of the cranberry juice balances out the sweetness ofCoca-Cola Life and the sherbet. The sherbet melts slowly and, along with the frozen berries, keeps the punch chilled.

You will need:
2 parts Coca-Cola Life
1 part Simply Cranberry
1 part Berry Sherbet
8 ounces Frozen Mixed Berries

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl, stir, and serve.
