Caesar Dip has creamy cheesy flavors and is made with a mix of Greek yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice, and garlic. You might already have the ingredients at home. Making this recipe as quick and easy as measuring and mixing.

This dip is the perfect centerpiece to a Crudités platter and a somewhat healthy addition to a holiday party. The trick to making a beautiful Crudités platter is to find an appropriately sized platter or tray and to fill up all the space. Abundance just looks better.

I like to add a mix of raw and cooked vegetables. I add usually raw tomatoes, snow peas, carrots, and celery sticks, and I like to also serve steamed broccoli and asparagus. Slices of bell pepper, sweet peppers cut in half, radishes, cucumber, and endive would all be excellent additions. My goal is to have a variety of options and for the presentation to be colorful.

If you want to save time, most grocery stores sell pre-cut carrot and celery sticks plus broccoli and cauliflower florets.

Another trick to making a pretty presentation is to always garnish your dips. I added just a bit to lemon zest since this dip already has lemon in it.

This recipe is based on a Caesar Dip that a family friend brought to a Christmas party years ago. Over time I adjusted the recipe to make it a little healthier. Adding plain fat-free Greek Yogurt doesn’t change the taste, but it does make the dip a bit lower in fat. I also used reduced fat sour cream.

You could add this dip to sandwiches instead of mayo – it’s so great on a turkey or chicken sandwich with some lettuce and tomato. It’s also a perfect dip for chicken tenders.
