A perfectly toasted sandwich with melted cheese is my favorite lunch. I was able to great fresh roast beef at a local market and it was perhaps the best I have ever had. I paired the beef with mild cheddar, ripe beefsteak tomatoes, and stoneground mustard. I love when I have the time to make myself a nice lunch.
