Taking a sip seems to help me make the transition from the workweek to the summer weekends that are meant to be savored.

How to make an Aperol Spritz:

Pour a generous amount of ice into a stemmed wine glass.

Combine 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C.

Add 2 parts Aperol

Add a splash of Soda

Gently stir, and garnish with a slice of orange and a paper straw.
