Favorite On The Go Snacks-3

Does anyone else out there love snacks? I am one of those people who is constantly snacking. Today I am sharing my favorite things to snack on when I am on the go.

Favorite On The Go Snacks

While there are other things I frequently snack on (like Chobani yogurt), I wanted to share snacks that can be packed and carried with you on busy days, or while you travel.

Favorite On The Go Snacks-5

SkinnyPop White Cheddar - Oh my goodness this is so addictive, which is why I am glad that they make individual serving bags. Charles, Erin (my WCBC co-founder), and I always seem to be sneaking handfuls of this. There are other flavors too, but White Cheddar seems to be a crowd favorite.

Favorite On The Go Snacks-6

Nuts - Charles travels a lot for work, and he packs a bag of nuts with him when he is on the road. It might sound pretty weird, but finding a healthy breakfast when you are traveling isn't always easy, so he has a handful of nuts and a couple boiled eggs for breakfast when he is in exotic places like New Jersey and Phoenix. Boiled eggs are a staple at hotel continental breakfasts, and they are often the healthiest food in the buffet.

Favorite On The Go Snacks-2

Apples - Is there anything better than a crisp fresh apple? At just 95 calories, apples are a naturally sweet treat. If I am at home, I slice the apple and dip it in peanut butter, which apparently is a very American thing to do, Charles says it is very odd.

Halos Mandarin Oranges - They are sweet, seedless, and small. I've been trying to work more fruit into my diet and Halos have become my go to.

Favorite On The Go Snacks-4

Kind Bars - you can always find a couple of these in my purse. There are so many different flavors too - some have fruit, some have spices, and some even have chocolate. My favorite flavors are Madagascar Vanilla Almond, Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt, Maple Glazed Pecan & Sea Salt, and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate.

What are your go-to snacks? Share them in the comments!

This post isn't sponsored. I just really love snacks, and these brands.
