I had the best weekend celebrating my 30th birthday. The Napa Valley is absolutely gorgeous, and my friend Windy City Epicurean put together wonderful recommendations. I am preparing some posts about my trip, but until then, I thought that I would give you a little teaser.
I will get right to the point and show you know which wines we took home with us. We brought back 10 bottles of wine in total, and bought 2 bottles of our favorite wines. Our favorite vineyards were Stag’s Leap and Sinskey. My husband loved Stag’s Leap Cask 23, while my favorite was Sinskey’s Vandal Vineyard Pinot Noir. We had a great weekend filled with lots of wine and food, and we even learned quite a bit about wine.
