Does anyone else feel like they are spending all of their time racing between holiday parties? I had five last week. Plus, I have another five this week! Knowing that time is limited this time of year, today I am sharing some holiday entertaining ideas that will make your life easier.

I have always been a fan of serving a mix of homemade and store-bought items at a party, and recently I have been adding Pagoda Egg Rolls to the mix. I served the egg rolls alongside the party staples that I always serve when I am entertaining: a cheese platter and hummus. Then to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth I added peppermint frosted pretzels and Christmas Tree Brownie Bites to the menu.

While I usually opt not to serve a full entree at a party, I do like to serve appetizers that are filling enough that they can count as dinner. That is why I love Pagoda Egg Rolls. They are more filling than most appetizers. I served a mix of the Chicken Egg Rolls which are made with all white meat and freshly cut cabbage, carrots, onions, and celery, and Vegetable Egg Rolls which have freshly cut cabbage, carrots, celery, and bok choy. Even though these egg rolls come frozen, the vegetables are fresh and crispy. And I love the sweet chili dipping sauce that they come with.

I just baked the egg rolls and served them on a plate with the dipping sauce. It was so easy, and the egg rolls were a hit with my friends! Throughout the night it was easy to heat up more egg rolls as more guests arrived.

Pagoda Snacks egg rolls taste just like egg rolls from a restaurant and all you have to do is heat them up. The egg rolls are a fun appetizer for when you are entertaining, and I have also been known to open a box on those cold Chicago nights when all you want to do is sit on the couch, eat, and watch Netflix.

I found Pagoda Snacks Egg Rolls at Jewel-Osco, and they are available at retailers nationwide. You can find more information here.
