Here are all of the things that you will need to cook and serve a turkey. I highly recommend investing in an in-oven digital thermometer, it takes the guesswork out of roasting a turkey or any large cut of meat.

Gravy Essentials

Making gravy from scratch is very difficult if you don’t have the correct tools. A baster, strainer, whisk, and gravy boat are Thanksgiving must haves.

Baking Essentials:

You can’t have Thanksgiving without pie. Which means you will need pie pans and pie servers. I also recommend getting a pie crust shield to protect the edges of your pie from burning.
