Instructions
Prepare the pudding first since it needs time to cool. Follow the directions on the box to prepare. I poured the pudding into a big pie pan which helped the pudding set more quickly. I know that the directions on the box of pudding say that you need to let it chill for 3-4 hours, but it was set up enough after an hour to assemble the dirt cake.
Then make the brownies, following the directions on the box. Let the brownies cool, and then use a fork to crumble the brownies.
Next prepare the "graves". I heated 3 tablespoons of Milk, and added about 10 chocolate chips. Whisk until the chocolate melts. Then use a toothpick to write RIP on a milano cookie.
Then assemble the dirt cake. Layer brownie crumbs, pudding, and more brownie crumbs, and then sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs over. Then add the graves, and the gummy worms. Break up the pretzels and then arrange them so they look like a skeleton in the dirt. Refrigerate until serving. This can be made a day ahead.
