Start by cooking the bacon. My favorite way to prepare bacon is to bake it at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, until browned. Then blot the excess grease, and chop.
Whisk the mustard, olive oil, and balsamic together in a small bowl.
Mix the brussels sprouts, Parmesan cranberries, and walnuts together in a bowl. Add as much dressing as you like, and toss together.
