Heat a grill pan (or a skillet) over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil, and add the brie. Grill the brie for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear. Then rotate the brie 90 degrees to create criss crossing grill marks.
Flip the brie and repeat the process to grill the other side of the brie.
Serve the brie with jam on top and sliced French bread on the side.
