Ingredients

  • 2 pints of fresh Strawberries
  • 5 Peaches I used White Peaches
  • ½ a container of Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 3 cups of Vodka I used Tito's
  • 3 Bottles of Sparkling Rosé I used Mumm Napa

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once the water boils, add the peaches, submerging them in the water for 1 minute. Then remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and submerge them in cold water.
  • Peel the skin off the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pit. Slice two of the peaches, and set the others aside. Place the sliced peaches in a large container with a lid.
  • Slice half of the strawberries, and add them to the container with the sliced peaches. Hull the remaining strawberries and put them in a blender. Add the peaches you set aside, and blend until the fruit is pureed.
  • Add the lemonade concentrate and the vodka to the blender, and blend just enough to mix everything together.
  • Pour the fruit and vodka mixture over the fresh fruit, and refrigerate overnight.
  • When you are ready to serve the sangria, combine 2 cups of the fruit and vodka mixture with 1 bottle of sparkling rose. I like to make one batch at a time so that the sparkling rose doesn't get flat, but you could opt to make one big batch combining everything at once.
