Sparkling Strawberry Pimm's Cocktail
A Sparkling Strawberry Pimm's Cocktail is an easy to make three-ingredient cocktail made with pureed frozen strawberries, Pimm's, and prosecco. When I was planning out my week of Royal Wedding Party content for the site, I wanted to add a cocktail and I thought that Pimm's was the most British option.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces Frozen Strawberries
- ¾ cup Pimm's
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
- Garnish with fresh Strawberries Mint, and Blood Orange
Instructions
- Place the strawberries and Pimms in a blender and puree.
- You can serve the cocktail out of a pitcher or add the puree and prosecco right into the glasses. Either pour the puree into a pitcher, add ice, and slowly add the prosecco - or divide the puree between 6 glasses, top with prosecco, and add garnishes.
Notes
Of course, you could opt to make this cocktail a bit stronger by adding more Pimm's - or a touch of gin.
