Let the ice cream sit out for 5 minutes.

Spread a layer of caramel sauce on the bottom of the pie crust.

Pour the ice cream into the pie crust and spread it into a single layer.

Crumble the cookies and add them over the ice cream.

Add a decorative layer of caramel over the top.

Let chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
