Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Then take about half a tablespoon of butter and grease a 13 x 18 inch pan. Roll and stretch the dough out so that it covers the pan. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. I like to add enough to coat the chicken, but you can add more or less depending on how spicy you want the chicken to be. I add about ½ cup of sauce. Stir the sauce and chicken together.
Spread the chicken out on the dough. Add the tomatoes on top. Then layer the mozzarella, blue cheese, spinach, and green onion on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Then increase the heat to broil and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has slightly browned.
Dice the avocado and sprinkle it over the pizza. Serve the pizza with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
