Brie, Jam, and Crispy Prosciutto on Crackers

Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • Jam I used Quince & Apples Pear with Honey and Ginger, and Fig with Black Tea
  • Brie
  • Prosciutto

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the prosciutto in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake the prosciutto for 12-15 minutes until crisp. Remove from the oven, blot with a paper towel, and let cool.
  • Slice the brie, arrange it on the crackers, and then spoon jam over the brie.
  • Crumble the prosciutto, and sprinkle some of the crumbled prosciutto over the jam.
