Blueberry Pie with Goat Cheese and Basil: the addition of goat cheese makes this a cross between a pie and a cheesecake.

Preparation: Pour a mixture of blueberries, goat cheese, cream, brown sugar, flour, egg, basil, and salt into a store-bought pie crust.

Preparation: Make the nut topping by mixing brown sugar, walnuts, and butter together. Spread over the top of the pie. 

Preparation: Bake for 350 minutes. This pie is best served warm. If you like,  you can garnish with some fresh basil.
