Classic Artichoke Dip

This easy recipe for classic artichoke dip is a staple at holiday gatherings at my parents' house. And it's so delicious that it is positively addictive. It's creamy and cheesy and loaded with chunks of tender artichokes, with just the slightest hint of spice.

  • 2 cans Artichoke hearts or bottoms
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • Dash Worchestershire sauce
  • Dash hot sauce
  • a sprinkling of Paprika


  1. Chop artichokes and pour into a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  2. Pour the artichoke mixture into an oven safe bowl. Top with a sprinkle of paprika.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
