Baked Goat Cheese

This easy Baked Goat Cheese brings together the summer flavors of fresh tomatoes, basil, and lemon for a lighter take on a classic appetizer. This simple is the perfect thing to serve at a party. The thing that I love about this easy Baked Goat Cheese recipe is that it comes together with just 5 minutes of preparation time and 15 minutes of cook time. You can even prep the goat cheese, which get mixed with cream cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic in advance and just pop the goat cheese in the oven to bake just before guests arrive.
