11ouncesof Goat Cheese
4ouncesof Cream Cheese
1/4cupgrated Parmesan
3tablespoonsof Olive Oil
3tablespoonLemon Juice
2clovesof Garlic
1cupof Chopped Tomatoes

Serve with breadcrackers, pita chips, or vegetables.
Instructions
Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Find a glass or ceramic dish that is about 5 inches square. Grease it with a light layer of olive oil.
In a food processor, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the goat cheese mixture into the glass pan. Brush the top with a light layer of olive oil.
Bake the goat cheese for 15 minutes, until the top has lightly browned.
Top the baked goat cheese with the tomatoes and basil before serving.
