Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Brownie Mix
  • And the ingredients called for on the brownie mix box
  • 24 small Pretzel Rods
  • 1/2 cup of White Chocolate Chips
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Sprinkles
  • Parchment Paper

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of two 8x8 pans with parchment paper. Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the brownies according to the directions on the box, and divide the mix between the two pans.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  4. Once fully cooked, let the brownies cool.
  5. Remove the brownies from the pan, and cut into circles with a biscuit cutter. Then slice each round into six wedge-shaped pieces. Break the pretzel rods in half, and stick them into the bottom of the wedges.
  6. Then melt the chocolate. Make a double boiler by pouring water into a pot and heating it over medium-low heat. Once the water is steaming, add a bowl on top. Pour the chocolate chips into the bowl and stir them until they melt. Then add the food coloring.
  7. One by one spread the melted white chocolate over one side of the brownies and immediately top with sprinkles.
  8. Repeat until you have decorated all of the brownie bites.
