The best part is that it takes just 1 minute to prepare - just throw everything into the food processor and mix until smooth!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can of Butter Beans
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoons Aquafaba (the liquid in the can of beans)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Zest, plus more for garnish
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

Place all ingredients, except the garnishes in a food processor or blender. Pulse or blend until the hummus is smooth. Taste and add more salt if necessary.

Serve with pita chips and vegetables. You can serve immediately or chill for later.
