Prosciutto, Cheese, Veggie, and Pastry Roses: this beautiful appetizer couldn't be easier to prepare.

Instructions: Slice the dough into six long and skinny strips. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese on top.

Add layers of shaved zucchini and yellow squash and a slice of prosciutto on top of the herbed cream cheese.

Roll up the pieces of dough to form pinwheels. Lets the edges of the zucchini, squash, and prosciutto stick out a bit.

Place each pastry rose in a lightly greased muffin tin. This way they will hold their shape while they bake. Bake until golden brown.

Serve warm or at room temperature. The crisp prosciutto, melted cheese, tender vegetables, and buttery pastry dough are a perfect combination.
