Easy Guacamole without Cilantro

Cilantro isn’t for everyone. That’s why I make guacamole without cilantro. This guacamole comes together in just 5 minutes and has lots of citrus flavors.

This classic guacamole is made without cilantro, the herb that some people say tastes like soap!

– Avocados – Tomato – Lemon Juice – Lime Juice

Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out all of the avocado inside and place in a bowl.

Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, lime juice, red onion, and garlic. Stir to combine.

Then stir in the salt and cumin, you might want to add more or less. I recommend starting with half and adding more if you like. I like my guacamole to be well seasoned.

Serve right away.
