Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast pizza is a delicious homemade breakfast that can be made in under 20 minutes. 

Frozen naan gets topped with pesto, tomato, cheese, and eggs for a simple meal.

INGREDIENTS

– Frozen Naan – Pesto – Tomatoes – Mozzarella

Heat your oven to 400 degrees.

Place the frozen naan on a baking sheet and spread and even layer of pesto over the top. Then sprinkle chopped tomatoes and mozzarella over.

Crack an egg or two into the center of the breakfast pizza. Top with some salt and pepper.

Bake the breakfast pizza in the oven for 13-15 minutes, until the egg white has set, but while the yolk is still runny. Serve right away.
