Blueberry Crumble

An easy recipe for a blueberry crumble with a blueberry goat cheese filling topped with a crispy crumbly oat topping. 

The addition of goat cheese gives a flavorful twist to a classic recipe.

INGREDIENTS

– Blueberries – Goat Cheese – Heavy Cream or Whole Milk – Brown Sugar

Grease a square 8 inch baking dish and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse the blueberries and remove any remaining stems.

In a large bowl, whisk the goat cheese, cream or milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, egg, basil, and salt together.

Add the blueberries to the goat cheese mixture. If you want to crush some of them, go ahead, otherwise, you can leave them whole.
